Great place. I went to get my daughter’s birthday gift Stanley Cup 30oz. The team, manger helped me a lot to locate where to find blue glacier colour. My only comment ,it is expensive.

It's hard to tell the employees apart from the customers. There’s no customer service, and it seems like no one wants to be there.

Friendly and personable experience with Shy the associate working on Jan 23. New location is much better, on 2nd lvl by the Bay. Grabbed a great pair of fleece lines boots with same discount advertised online.

Do not buy from Boathouse online. They will say they have your item, charge you for said item, then not ship the item. It’s impossible to reach a human on the phone so two weeks later when you finally get through to the office (good luck finding the phone number as it’s not on the website) you learn they never had the item at all and now you are stuck with a store credit for an item you thought was coming. GARBAGE!! Worst online shopping experience I have ever had…

Poor experience this afternoon. The staff person never greeted or smiled. When I asked about a sweater that shrunk - and she said they couldn’t do anything about it. I said that’s poor quality - she said yes - that’s timberland. Not sure why you’d admit to selling poor product. Looks like poor customer service as well. I would send this privately in an email but no email address to be found.

Store was super dirty, almost everything I picked up had dirt and dust on it… Not a single staff member greeted me or helped my entire time in the store.

my experience here was a very positive one i received a sweater for Christmas that was too small i exchanged it about a month and a half later with only the tag it was very easy and hassle free i was given store credit so i could exchange for a item in my size

I went to boathouse today to grab some underwear and socks in a pinch. The lady (I didn’t get her name but she had curls and dark skin) who helped me went above and beyond to help out. When I asked her questions rather than answering she actually took me to the section and helped pick out my size for a few different items.This sort of exemplary customer service is hard to come by these days, so I figured I’d leave this review.Thank you so much for your help nameless boathouse worker ! The underwear did not fit but that didn’t change how positive of an experience this was!!!
