Terrible place. Consistently kept raising the rate, and then when we finally went to move things out, the elevator broke, and they couldn’t even give us an ETA of when we would be able to use it… So we had to carry everything down two sets of stairs, including heavy furniture.

Normally my experience with the staff from the location at 24 Sanford Ave in Hamilton has been frustrating and the person at the desk seemed to lack proper training and knowledge even basic respect, however today the agent that contacted me was very professional and personal, also my call was returned in a very timely manner! Because of my initial experience at the in store location is the reason for the 3 Stars not because of today's experience. It's been a few months since this conversation. I've recently received a message that they are increasing costs of my unit!!! Hence I am going to be changing my rating to a one star.
I've been with this storage facility for 5 months now and out of the blue they are increasing the cost of my storage unit 70.00$. I asked them how and why and their reason is because I am on the first floor. So why wasn't I charged from the beginning or told to expect an increase in a few months??? This doesn't seem right to me!?
They advertise my unit for 312.00 a month. I'm actually paying 292.00 a month and like I said they want to increase it almost 70.00$!!!???

Got a unit online paid and esigned my contract went in a few days later to drop off a load of belongings to be told the manager cancelled my unit the worker that was there was helpful and apolagised and sorted it out well i thiught he did i got a unit and my code for the gate and unloaded my belongings and left well a half hour later i received a call from th district manager and firat words out of her mouth were that im on video damaging someone elses unit 2days ago keep in ming ive never even been to this store until the day i dropped off my belongings this place is very unorganized and has been nothing but trouble definitely do not recomend using this facility im looki g for a new unit im not a theif and do not appreciate being accused of being a theif id give 0stars if i could horrible experience
They fixed tge situation and apolagised i get it they want to protect the belongings they did make it rght though

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. We paid for a unit online signed the lease online. Got to the storage unit to find out the manager Reuben cancelled our unit for no reason. The nice gentleman by the name of David said there was no reason for the manager to have done that considering we paid and signed the lease. David spoke to a district manager, we ended up getting a unit. We put our stuff in, locked it and left. 30 mins go by and my partner gets a call from a district manager saying "hi Jason we have you on camera damaging a unit 2 days ago were gonna call the cops" for 1 we weren't even in the city 2 days ago and 2nd we've never stepped foot into that place untill yesterday and 3rd what kind of district manager just calls someone and accuses someone of that. She then continues saying a females name Nicole that is not our name. She tells us someone has our access code. How? When we just got it 30 mins ago. And if they were smart they'd see that it's not the same people they have on camera. We weren't able to get back into the unit yesterday. We will be contacting lawyers for being wrongly accused. You can not call people and instantly accuse them of that. Avoid this place! There's lots of other storage units around.
