We like to visit this particular BIG B location because we almost always find some decent deals in the $5 & $10 bins. The staff are really nice and a young man named Resse went above the call of duty and remained behind a little while while he graciously allowed us to check our comics front and back which is vitally important because every dollar we spend is potentially a dollar lost if we went home and found damage on said books, there is a no return policy and we would be out money on books that we weren't happy with. So we applaud Big B for allowing us the opportunity.
We will definitely be going back there in the coming weeks. Check them out ! You'll be happy you did. ???

Love the selection and the staff are wonderful! Thank you for the free comics for the kids with a report card! You guys rock! We will definitely be buying all our comics from you.

SAD! My first ever negative review of anything. Long time customer of Big B and owner Walter Durajlija who has spent thousands of dollars at his shops and convention booths. When this shop changed management, they did not honor my FOC pull requests. I asked the new manager (David Campbell) if it would be possible to get a heads up in advance so I could secure the comic book elsewhere. He said no. I simply stated that the service has been unreliable under the new management and he then CLOSED MY PULLBOX ACCOUNT and put a RESTRICTION on my online orders.
I have NEVER done anything to disrespect this store (or any other) in any way. When I found out my account has been restricted, I reached out to the founder Walter Durajlija to let him know how I have been treated. Not only did he not reply, but had the shop cancel my order saying they are sorry they meet my expectations.
Like it was my fault for expecting to not be RESTRICTED for no reason. This is laughable,
This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had shopping at a comic store. I have dealt with Walter Durajlija many times in the past and would expect better. I guess he doesn't care any more. Stay away unless you absolutely need to get something! Way nicer people in the industry who actually do care!

Brought my son here to convert his report card into free comics. He was estatic! He received 10 comics for his A's! He saved money by not having to buy, so he bought some figurines instead! Great staff and service!

Great place for comic fans. Friendly staff. Large selection of statues and toys. Staff can assist in ordering what's not in store.

Buyer beware! Staff are willfully selling damaged product. I visited a day after a new shipment and every copy of what I wanted was damaged significantly. I reported it to the person on cash and not only did they not investigate the situation but they got defensive about their processes and acted dismissively. Shameful customer service and experience.
