Dishonest shop. I was a loyal Beverly customer for several years but the last time taking our car for a diagnostic we didn't appreciate being lied to about an issue with our AC. They said they tested it and the refrigerant was contaminated and didn't want to use their machine to vacuum it out. But we ended up taking it to another mechanic and they confirmed that is false, there was no contamination whatsoever and got our AC working in just a few hours. We could tell Beverly just didn't want to deal with our issue. Won't be wasting my time taking our car to this shop ever again.

This mechanic (beverly tire) is dishonest and terrible place to take your car. They also remove negative honest reviews. I had a bad experience here so are my relatives. But they deleted our honest reviews. Do not trust them. Inexperienced mechanics with dishonest owner.

Went in for an alignment and it was not done right as the vehicle is still pulling to the left and the steering wheel is off centered! Never again Beverly Tires & Auto.

Joe, Ashley and Shane were amazing. Helped me with a jalopy that I purchased. They were honest, professional, courteous and kind. They helped me with a car that I bought that turned out to be a bucket of bolts. My go-to mechanics now. Thank you.

Called at 9 am and was dropping off my car at 10 am and it was ready just a few hours later. Had the 'car care package' done today and though i didn't qualify for the coupon as my car takes synthetic oil I was offered $10 off my services today! I mentioned a concern and it was looked for and addressed. Upon picking up my car i talked over tires and was given knowledgeable information and pricing. Will most definitely be returning! Thanks Joe for your courtesy and customer service!
