Employees don't care about customers' needs. A guy just kept trying to sell me his phone plans (probably for his commission), and when I firmly declined, he made faces and said things to make me feel stupid. Don't go to this location; the employees aren't even trained.

Poor customer service, Rep named Julian takes hours serving one customer earlier we met rep named Madhu was so informative on the deals and services but with Julian it was quite opposite we had to visit store thrice to only get 1 phone number also they didn’t give me eSim I was told I cannot get gift card or there are no deals which I was promised earlier. So disappointed with the service

Jason Del Ben, the store leader, was very knowledgeable and was able to assist with a very complicated account transfer and cell upgrade. Freedom mobile system was down so it took 2 days to get it fixed. Jason was patient and made it happen. Thank you Jason!

Extremely poor customer service. Agents are taking minimum one hour to serve each customer. Maximum customers are going back due to waiting time. They said 10 minutes to wait but ended up waiting almost 1 hour. I think owner needs to check/monitor camera regarding customer service. @best buy headquarters needs perform mystery shopping to see customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. 2 agents are serving to same customer from an hour long and saying please wait 10 minutes each time. I think Best buy needs to train them properly otherwise they will run out from business due to under trained agents. Please avoid this location and drive to proper stores.

Bought a tablet on the internet. Picked it up there. It was used with the person account on it. Called 1800. Told to take it back. I did, a new one was coming in on Wednesday. Picked it up, I said it was suppose to have a wall adapter, He wouldn't look it up, he said no and wanted to sell me one. I called 1800. They said someone from the store will call me on Friday. I waited 6 days. No call. I went there. Manager was on holiday. I had to wait for a txt back. I told them, I'd have to give them a bad review. He said, I don't care people will still buy from us, go ahead. Now I'm obligated too. They finally gave me an adapter. No, sorry for your inconvenience, nothing, wouldn't even look or talk to me. Bad attitude.

I'm very disappointed I came to bestbuy store mobile limeridge mall to do an upgrade yesterday June 17th, 2024, the guy there yesterday told me I couldn't do a upgrade for iphone 15 pro max 512GBfor the $150 gift card so I ended up going to bell store at limeridge mall and I got a iphone 15 pro max there instead I'm very disappointed with bestbuy and how I was treated very poorly customer service not good

My mom and I had the most amazing experience at this location thanks to Madhu. He went above and beyond to help my mom (a new immigrant) get her phone to start her new life in Canada. Thanks Madhu and the Best Buy team!
