Worst store ever, I was this afternoon september 17, 2021, the person who was behind the cash was very rude to me. I asked for help to find somethings in there store, which someone send me there to get the things I want, the person who was behind the cash refused to help me and said go look for them by yourse. left the store very upside about the experience I had in the store. They should call it worst buy not best buy. I wish I can give them zero star, I don't recommend buying anything from the store or dealing with this kind of rude people. I will never ever get back to the store or any store called Best Buy Convenience worst store ever, very bad customer service.???????????

Since owners have changed, the staff is rude. I asked for assistance and she stated nothing has changed. I purchased a couple items paid for them. Tried to cash out a lottery ticket and she said to take it elsewhere. I am taking my business elsewhere too. Truly missing the old owner and workers whom went above and beyond for their customers whom were considered neighbourhood friends and greeted customers by name. Changes happen and some are not for the better.
