I had to transfer my number from a corporate account to personal and Sandra helped me out she was incredibly kind and patient with a very long and annoying process with their call centre and she adeptly handled it in a very efficient and precise manner I’ll only go to this location from now on.

Already a Bell customer and visited this store today for my phone upgrade or explore some mobile plans. One of the male employee was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Does not know any manners how to take care of customers. I was there already in queue even before some random couple, but he did not even care even though I was saying that I was in queue. But the other lady was very polite and answered all my queries. Please provide some training to this person.

Finally had a chance to upgrade my phone. NATALIE took care of me and answered every question I had about the new services etc. I even went around to compare other carriers on the same model phone and didn't feel impressed with the level of service, Natalie C. provided. Ran right back and locked in a contract and that was that. Knowledgable on all fronts and a pleasure to talk with about any options. Got the S24+ and loving it so far.

Came into this store to change plans but had questions about about how much it would be and the process etc… and I was dealing with MARUF and he was TERRIBLE so rude, didn’t answer any questions, his answer was “ your not changing so not point in asking questions”!!! No eye contact, short responses, arrogant- I’m definitely breaking contract and moving to Rogers. WOW, I can’t believe how lazy people are to actually do their basic job.
