Just purchased a Grand Cherokee from BayKing with the help of Rosie Longo. Rosie was great. We asked her to get a few vehicles ready for us to test drive and she had them ready to go when we arrived. Never felt pressured to buy but once we did the process was quick with the help of Peter Mackey.The truck was ready on the day of pick up looking great!! Thanks Rosie and Peter for all the help.

Took my parents to go look at trucks since they needed a new one. After checking around we found the best deal at Bayking. We sat down and went over details and options and payments. My mom told them what she needed/wanted, they said they have one at theyre other dealership. Took us out to see a black version to show us what itll look like with the options the same. We wanted Grey. Well my Mom put a deposit down to hold the grey one. They set a date because she needed by then. They agreed. Well it never showed. Made another date. Never showed. 3rd time? Nope. Wouldnt even send me pictures of the truck. Turns out they never had it and they were *looking for one* that matched the selected. Cancelled desl after going back and forther and not going anywhere. Refuse to give her deposit back. Been about a year.

Was looking for a truck with certain options. They said they one available at the other dealership, on a certain day because we needed it for that day. They agreed, truck never showed up or ready. Then gave another date. Again not ready. Set another date, wow surprise, not ready. Took my deposit but after all that we canceled due to service and then not actually having the truck they said they did. Refused to give deposit back.

Do not buy a used vehicle from them. They do not want to honour service after the fact of spending a lot of money to buy a vehicle you want to keep. They are very rude and even affected change are not able to honour services that should of bin done before purchase of a vehicle that you want to be reliable for a span of 5 or so years. They just want your money they don’t want to work with you and just want not work with there sales team either to make sure you are getting a reliable vehicle I bought a full warranty for 2 years and renewable after 2 years and still will not work with me after all the crap they have sent towards me I honestly do not recommend them as they just will sweet talk you into what you think is good I really thought at first when I bought my 2017 ram 1500 from them that I was receiving a truck that I would not have to worry about but I have too, and this is the first time ever buying from a dealership so I honestly do not recommend them at all. Just got a service done and with my warranty receive free oil changes and was told my truck needs maintenance that is due before I bought it and they pretty much just stumbled there worry’s and came back to me saying that it is not there problem. Will not ever purchase a vehicle from them and if they do service or warranty work over my vehicle I will be looking over it.

spent $2000 to fix a draining battery issue and that wasn't the cause, they said bring it back in and we will try to find the issue and charge me again of course. Off to a better dealer to find the issue
