Cashier tried to steal from me today.I went into the store in Limeridge mall today and purchased 5 wallflower scents. I had a gift card from Christmas which still had a balance on it (which I knew was more than the cost of my items) so I used it. The cashier asked me if I wanted to reload the gift card and I said no. I asked if the balance was at 0 and she said it was. When I got the receipt I checked it and sure enough, there was a balance left. I'm not sure what kind of scam she is trying to pull but I for one do not appreciate it.

Just before the holidays and this place was super busy! Huge store for a mall location. Staff was very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. What I really like was they weren't too pushy.

It seems that the manager of the store doesn't bother about having rude and racist employees in his store. I asked one of the employees about body mist that they keep in the drawer and she became very annoyed and repeated several times that don't open up the drawer and it is not with the same price. The worst part when she run to her coworkers and spoke together and pointed to me and kept laughing. When I asked about the person in charge an older employee said I am the person in charge and said we don't want customers to open the drawers.

Malori at this location was amazing!!! She was able to answer all my questions and took the time with me to help with my selections on a very busy day. Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and engaging. Will certainly shop at this location again!!!!

Was in Bath & Body works on Nov. 26th around 11:00 a.m. Went to pay and the cashier wandered off, started helping other sales associates and after about 7 minutes finally came back to complete my sale.

Anxiety/Panic disorder nightmareI avoid shopping here because You are harassed by every single worker multiple times. Asked what I was shopping for 3 separate times, each time they went on a rant about the sales that I had already heard from the two other people before, and will not stop talking or let me walk away. Asked again by three people if needed a bag. Why do I need to have 6 different conversations with the staff? Very pushy with providing an email as well, wanted me to provide my email for my friends purchase when she didn’t want to provide hers. Please respect customers who do not wish to engage with workers.

As a retail manager in the same mall I always view things a bit differently as a customer.I would like to say every time I enter this store they always have a pleasant greeter and staff willing to help. Always following up and again assuring the customer as they leave they made a great purchase.However the cashiers need work. Alot of the time they seemed unpleasant, stressed and generally unfriendly. Including today when I bought a bag full and my cashier was ringing me out and about opened beside her and kept yelling "next' and kept interrupting my cashier to grab items while reaching across the front of her.However a solid 4 for the sales staff

Staff are too pushy. I have social anxiety, and I really don't like when 5 different employees come up to me and give me a big splur while I say I'm okay, thanks. Just leave me shop in peace.Love the room sprays and soaps!
