This is our second time using Award Windows. We were so pleased with the quality, price and installation of our front doors that we hired them again to replace all our windows. Once again we were impressed with the quality and price of the windows. The installers were amazing. They did a fantastic job. We found them to be very personable and helpful. Would gladly recommend Award Windows to anyone.

We have been customers of Award Windows for over 50 years.
Recently they installed a number of new windows and doors. The lead installer was highly skilled and professional. Along with his apprentice, they worked hard and made a great team. We recommend Award windows with no reservations. The new doors and windows look great!

I was and always will be thrilled with the quality of workmanship, design, and installation of my two beautiful doors. They add light. I can close the blinds to keep the heat out If I would like to in the summer. They provide privacy with the option of all of this extra light. I just love them thank you Award and the team who made this happen.

Jason is an amazing customer service representative. He explains everything and is quick to respond. The installers were quick, clean and detail orientated. They are the best company for quality and price!!

Very disappointed….we had several windows replaced, a couple of them leaked during the first big storm…they were not helpful when they came to inspect the leaks. They were supposed to give us paint to touch up our new front door…which had several small scrapes. After calling several times and a couple of years, we still don’t have touch up paint!

Award windows were fantastic from start to finish! We love our windows and doors and we will use Award again for the future.
Jason showed up on site towards the end to make sure everything went to plan and we found this great customer service and care.
We had to get them back for a some quick snagging and they showed up with in 10 minutes!
Anyone reading these comments I will just say you won’t go wrong with Award windows..

We replaced our large front window (3 parts) and a basement window and could not be happier. The service and customer service was great. Affordable pricing and after shopping around quite competitive we found. So if you need new windows I would highly recommend Award Windows .

After getting several quotes, I found that Award Windows offered the best value. Great windows at a great price! The windows arrived earlier than expected, and the installers completed the job in just one day. Be sure to include them when you are getting quotes for windows and doors.

Award Windows put new Windows in all the bedrooms and the basement in my house plus new front double doors and a sliding door. The price was very reasonable and the installers were polite and professional. They did an awesome job and I love them.

We used Award windows and doors to purchase a $6,000 dollar front door and it was installed in March 2022. Installation and quoting fine - it was post covid so everything was slow. Follow up and updates were lack-luster during that process. I called to request a service apt and was told someone will come by, 3 weeks later no one has showed up, so I called, I was told hardware has its own mfg warranty, which is fine, but no one thought to call me in those 3 weeks. Then the gentlemen on the phone insinuated I used the wrong type of cleaning product and suggested I google the manufacturer's number. That's just want the customer wants to hear after waiting weeks with no response with regards to a high end door.
I do not believe they have won any "Awards" for customer service.
edit - Jason, which conversation are you referring to? I have not spoken to anyone, since being told to use google to resolve my issue.

We had Award Windows come and quote and take care of all our upstairs windows, 2 basement windows and an entire front door with sidelights. Jason is great to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. He makes sure things get done and if there is any follow-up he takes care of it right away. Our installers were right on time and worked very efficiently and had everything done the same day. They work neatly and tidy up after themselves very well. We had a great experience with Award and would recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them again in the near future.

I can't say enough great things about this company. We have used them twice now and both times was a quality experience. Jason, the sales guy, was very professional, measured, quoted and set it all up. Not only that but he made some suggestions that in the end ensured we (my wife) was very happy. The installation duo were the best team ever, they arrived exactly on time and did a very difficult job quickly and without mess. I'd post a picture if I could because seriously its awesome. I highly recommend these guys.
