I had to get my engagement ring cut off my finger. My entire experience from calling the store to getting the ring cut was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and never made me feel stupid for what happened. I will be bringing my rings back to get resized. I definitely found my new Jeweller!

Paid over $100 for a watch repair, small screw fell out of link. Asked for all screws in the other links to be tightened. Had the watch back 4 days, and a screw fell out of a different link (which is what I didn't want happening). I called and complained and was basically dismissed and told nothing they could do. Unacceptable!!!I had to take it to another jeweler who fixed that link and checked all of the others and haven't had any problems with the watch. I won't be returning to your store, I paid for repairs that weren't done. It was very disappointing and frustrating. I will spend my money at other jewelry stores.
