staff are usually not at the counter when you first walk in they may be stocking which is good or they might just be sitting on their phone somewhere in the back. i never got greeted once when i walked in and there isnt really a friendly vibe being there

They will pretty much bring in anything you request , open all holidays, often have products from the states as well that you can't find anywhere else, slushies & coffee as well.
