I have always very bad experiences especially from the frond desk staffs.I usually picks up parts from the london and the hamilton,not so often comes to Hamilton.London staffs are so friendly and always ready to help customers,i always have very bad experiences from hamilton location because most of the staff are so rude especially the lady always yell at me ,even if i show all the order number and details she asks me for some other random informations .really bad experiences all the time and doesn’t even likes to come here in Hamilton.

Went to this place with my friend because he was getting parts for his drier. I was standing beside my friend. This paranoid woman freaked out . Told me to back away and stand back. She was so rood . OMFG , I couldn't believe it. I would NEVER Step foot in this place or buy anything from here.

Very professional and helpful staff. They don’t care if you are a contractor or not and will help their best to get you the part you are looking for. ??? HVAC guy wanted 1200$ to replace this. Did it my self thanks to Amre for 406$
