Bad attitude of staff. Worst customer service ever. Would never recommend this location. This staff represents bad company overall.
Owner should replace the staff with worthy people and deserving candidates.

This place is truly remarkable! The staff, particularly the store manager Alicja, is incredibly helpful and genuine. The cleanliness of this location is exceptional, and the customer service is unparalleled. You won't find better service anywhere else!

I received top tier customer service from the 2 ladies today in the store. I was greeted at the door with cheerfulness. They both provided extensive product details and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond and most importantly did it with a smile. I’ve visited this store more than once and each time the service was excellent. I would recommend everyone to stop by because I’m sure you will leave a happy customer like I was today.

Today I walked in for the 2nd time in a month and the same associate behind the counter was too busy on her phone to literally even look up and acknowledge I entered, browsed, did a circle around the store and left. I even picked up a pair of shoes and contemplated asking of they had my size but she was clearly far too busy for a menial CS job.I hope Aldo takes a look at the continued same message regarding poor CS and maybe does something.

This location is the worst with customer service . No greeting and also I waited for them to bring me size for more than 15 mnts with no show and I asked the employee to hold on to my size till I shopped else where , came back after 30mnts to find that they still hadn't called it in . I was told to wait for another 5 mnts till the employee went to grab from their storage and it seemed to take forever and I left . Employee name - Lilly . Plus no sizes available as well in this location . Your store employee asked me to go check another store called "call it spring " when I actually came to get my foot wear from Aldo as I love how comfortable they are . Extremely disappointed !

I stopped by the store few minutes ago. I asked for a pair of shoes and they took almost 10 minutes to get them. I walked out because I couldn’t wait any longer. There was 3 girls at the main counter talking about a lot staff except working. I felt not welcome at all.

Very rude customer service. Would give 0/5 if I could. Went twice, both times they were rude and had an attitude for no reason. Would recommend going to any other location. Didn't even process my online order properly and mark it as picked up - I had to go in again because I got a thousand emails telling me to pick up my order. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Making mistakes is not an issue, but there's no need to be rude.
