service department were great to deal with. first time customer, my truck was towed in, and they took car of it in a very professional and timely manner. I only gave 4 stars, because I had to constantly call back. after the phone ringing and ringing, I was hung up on 5 times, before getting through, to an actual person... other than that it was definitely 5 star service from Kyle, and the service team

Haven't visited this service department in many, many years and was pleasantly surprised. Complete turnaround from my previous experience. Service was friendly, and my problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Car was left clean. Prices are what you would expect from a dealership, but I wanted original parts, so I was prepared. They also provide shuttles. Good work, Airport!

I had a great experience with Airport ford! Bobby was the sales rep I had the pleasure of being helped by. He made me feel like family and encourages me to keep communication open with him for any questions I have about my new car. I highly recommend this place if you wanna feel comfortable completing a big purchase

It was the first time I purchased a truck with airport ford dealership. Joe Di Tomaso helped me a lot on my needs and wants in a vehicle. He made me and my wife feel comfortable as soon as we entered the dealership, he answered all our questions, explaining everything in detail and visually showing us on his computer as well. I would recommend my family and friends to deal with Joe for a honest opinion.

I cannot say enough wonderful thing about Rob and Michael who helped me navigate choosing and bringing home my new to me car. They were so great at really explaining everything along the process. Rob gave me a call as soon as I started filling out forms on the website looking at one of the used cars in the network. Within an hour I was in the dealership and looking at the financing behind the vehicle I was looking at. Michael explained all the pieces to the financing and the warranty in the most clear and concise way I’ve ever had someone explain. They both made the unexpected purchase of the car feel much less daunting and as painless as possible. Will definitely be returning when I need another new car!

I finally got my license at 40 yrs old and bought my first EVER car, Milo and Mike made it seamless for me , Answering all my annoying questions happily with patience, Milo especially helped me find my car that checked off my dream wants . I got into a bad accident and got t-boned on the drivers side and lost my truck I needed a vehicle to get around to see doctors and go to physiotherapy.I went to see a used 4x4 truck Airport ford had in the lot, after a quick drive as the truck's gas light was on. I inspected the vehicle further, the sales man said he drove the truck also, it's a nice truck it drives nice and you also get a seccond key and fob he said. so i decided to purchase the truck. I went and got a cashier cheque and paid the whole amount in one go, they got me plates and drove it home everything was good, I gave them 3 months for the keys called the salesman no keys i will get back to you, another month went past, call called again, won't give me an explanation just i will get back to you, so now half a year same thing, Another month went past talk to the salesmans boss, he didn't call back, then called the owner, he basically told me im not getting them he dont know why i was told there was a seccond set of keys and he sounded upset over me calling about this, so i called to see what the price was for the key and fob 620+ tax.Basically once I bought the truck they didn't care anymore

Great and friendly service always. Had to reschedule a couple of times because I got sick. They always did with a lot of empathy. Service desk is amazing. Always answer questions and very informative. Always feel like I’m leaving my car in good hands.

Cecelia the Lincoln concierge was great! We had an intermittent rattling noise that was difficult to locate- Cecelia and the service manager found and fixed the problem. The Nautilus they provided as a loaner was excellent, and will likely be the next vehicle I buy
