Store is full and well stocked. However, I
visited the store several times but this day customer service was horrible. The two customer attendants were acting as if there was a bereavement somewhere. They were both speaking their beautiful local dialects. Attitude was simply unpleasant. This is peculiar to this store. Management, please do something about this. This is a business and money is exchanging hands. If you don't feel like working and giving excellent customer service stay at home. Don't spoil African businesses and don't wreck the owner, with your nonchalant attitude.

They are very rude my goodness. When she gave me my balance I asked for coins and she was raising her voice and told me I can't do that I have other customers you should have told me before you put your staff I was so embarrassed ? am never coming back here. The previous time I greeted her and she just stared at me the lady at the counter is always mad about something. Lol

Although it has a wide variety of products, it does not cause us to return due to poor customer service. I've been several times and it just doesn't get any better. The people who serve there are too unfriendly.

An item was priced on the shelf( ginger nuts) for $2.35, but I was billed $ 4:25 for the item , and I had purchased two. The supervisor was called , and he stated that he could not change it because someone tagged it incorrectly. Unprofessional, arrogant , and rude was his behaviour.

I have been in the store on two occasions and both times, . The staff were less than pleasant . Several weeks ago I called the store to ask them if they had oxtail in stock (i was purchasing a larger than normal quantity) and how much it was per pound. The man that answered the phone refused to tell me the price per pound telling me it was confidential information and that they don’t share prices over the phone??!! just crazy ..Perhaps they need to learn a little bit about customer service because I took my business elsewhere and will not return to this store.

They open at 9am on Saturday and it’s currently 9:30 and late for opening. Waste of time! People have things to do and it’s not the first time.

Not sure how they have 4.3 stars. The staff is very rude, unwelcoming and dont care. They serve you while on the phone or chewing gum. They paint a very bad picture of African business community. Google, can I give them less than zero star.

The staff is absolutely horrible and extremely rude. I mean EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Google doesn’t allow me to give zero stars else I would. I live 2 minutes from this shop but I actually decided to just start driving downtown. Terrible!
