I am beyond grateful and humbled by the kindness the staff at the Nebo RD location showed me! I pulled in to seek advice as the good of my vehicle would not close properly ( a problem that was caused by another business). They looked at it immediately and fixed it within two minutes!!! I offered to pay and they would not take my money. They were more than happy to just be kind and help me. I will be going back to have my oil changed in the very near future! They showed they can be trusted and actually care about people, instead of just taking their money.

My daughter went in today with a sudden engine issue. Once it was determined that it was a significant issue, she was directed to take the car directly to Hyundai. My daughter was not asked to pay for the car inspection. This shows incredible integrity. I will direct her to continue bringing the car into this location for future service. Thank you!!

The Managers really care, making sure that everything is in order, and the mechanics are top notch, overseen by the managers and senior mechanics. I have never been let down. I enjoy the inspection reports, makes me feel confident, and more. Should I sell this vehicle, I've got inspection reports I can pass along. Thank you so much. Wendy

I stopped in one day to get a quote on new tires. Left with the quotes and a lot of information. After doing some research I went ahead and got the work done. This place was very quick and they were not patronizing. These guys are very friendly and professional. I would definitely go back. Their prices are very good and they say they won’t be undersold.

Excellent service and great staff!!! When you explain what you think the problem with your vehicle is they do a diagnostic on it and they're straight up about what they've found and let you know exactly what needs to be done to repair your vehicle. I can't say enough about their professionalism and integrity!! Thanks for the great job guys.

I have been coming to this active green and ross since 2012. They were originally attached to limeridge, and are now at the rhymal/nebo location. I followed them. I find them to be excellent and no nonsense. My car started acting up and they squeezed me in for an urgent repair. They have done this for me many times over the years. The folks here are always fast and efficient and explain needed repairs clearly. I would recommend them!

I always receive professional and thorough service at Active Green, now on Rymal Road. The staff are courteous and friendly and tire installation and storage are always efficient and on time.
Reently I was trying to get to the bottom of a handling problem, and they were helpful and patient.

Had a flat tire near their shop. I was able to refill it enough to drive there and they were nice enough to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. Really appreciated it.

They made me come back twice even though it was a scheduled appointment, then still didn't have part and I continued to wait? Shouldn't they have part since I made appointment last week? Maybe call me before I come? Terrible service

Ray and the crew on Rymal did an outstanding job of analyzing and correcting the A/C issue with our vehicle. The vehicle was in the bay at the booked time and out within the hour. Ray explained the issue along with the repairs made and a breakdown of the costs incurred. They definitely ensure customer satisfaction is number 1!!
