Website says open till 7pm we went there today and security and the manager have their own timing , didn't allow us to enter the store at 6:40 . Said they close at 6:30 pm . Why wasting time than correct your timing on your website.

My recent experience at Versace was disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it. Last week, I visited their store to purchase a crossbody bag. Initially, I was assisted by a sales associate who signed me up as a new customer and promised to fetch a suitable box for my purchase from the back. The man who helped me mentioned he was a supervisor there.
I intended to buy two items, but when I inquired about their return policy at checkout, I was informed that all sales were final. Reluctantly, I settled for one item. However, upon inspecting the bag later, I found the wrong box—a large one meant for sneakers—and a dust bag excessively large compared to the bag I bought. Clearly, there had been a mix-up. Moreover, the crossbody bag itself had noticeable imperfections, which added to my dissatisfaction.
Returning to the store, I requested an exchange due to these discrepancies, but was told it wasn't possible because of their final sale policy. Frustrated, I checked my receipt and found I could indeed exchange or return within 14 days. Driving a long distance to return, I expected the exchange process to be straightforward, but it was not. I had to return the next day to finally convince them to exchange the item, receiving a sample crossbody bag without a price tag and with visible leather imperfections.
This experience highlighted several issues: firstly, the rush to push customers into decisions without adequate time to decide; secondly, the unexpected final sale policy which wasn't clearly communicated initially. I also observed a lack of care from Versace's customer service unless escalated to higher levels. They seemed more interested in making a sale than in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, I felt disrespected as a customer, especially being underestimated on my first purchase. It was evident they did not respect the significance of receiving an original package for a brand like Versace, at least in my case. I worry they may treat non-Canadian customers similarly.
Additionally, despite requesting a nice package for my second purchase, they gave me the bag in a shoe box, stating that all bags come without a box. The moment I knew they were going to exchange it, I was very happy and thanked them a lot, unaware that the second one would be the same disappointing experience.
Moreover, despite being told they had no boxes or bags for purchases, I noticed plenty behind their counter. This inconsistency was frustrating, especially considering the amount I spent. This was my first and likely last visit to their store. Overall, I'm discouraged from shopping at outlets in the future, particularly after spending over $1000 only to receive my bag in a shoe box. It was a surprising letdown from a brand of Versace's reputation.
I understand the supervisor's role and know his name, but I am choosing not to mention it here as I'm uncertain whether what happened with me was due to his actions or company policy. It seems they may handle all customers this way.

It was my first time in this Versace store and I technically went just to check it out but didn’t have something in mind to buy. I ended up buying a beautiful pouch, thanks to Victoria and her nice attitude and patience while I was checking and trying different bags. The staff are so helpful and informative especially Victoria who helped me. This store had very pretty pieces. I’ll definitely go back soon ? THANKS VICTORIA!

Recently shopped at Versace store and the experience was amazing. I was in a rush and Victoria the sales associate helped me as quickly as possible and offered me a bottle of water to go. The store is large and the savings are amazing. Highly recommend ?
