I am extremely disappointed with tory burch at premium outlet toronto. I am a huge fan with this brand but they scam you, i bought a pump from them just one week ago in size 5. If you don’t want to be scammed by them then do not let the sales person bring your stuff to the counter bcoz they give you brand new piece to try but give a wore off piece for home. When i go back i check the size and i feel the size little tight so i decided to go for size up that 5.5 but when i go over there they said oh this piece is wore off i said no they said check inside the shoe and i am clueless like hell bcoz i have’nt wore it. My mistake is that i had not checked the piece after i purchased at store and took the close box just open at home. Shame on them and the sales person.

Poor customer service on Aug 10. You lose a sale.
I returned to the store and decided to purchase a bag, however there’s a long queue outside the store at 6pm. I was in a rush but I really wanted to get the bag. I looked inside to the cashier and there’s no customer at all. I asked the staff at the door that whether I could just grab the bag and checkout, that could be done in just few minutes, I don’t need any browsing. The answer is NO.
Well, all I can say is that your customer service is not flexible and considerate at all. It’s a pity that you lose a sale by poorly-trained staff who didn’t know how to judge by situation.

Bought a pair of Tony Burch sunglasses worth over $200 (made in China). The "film" on the lenses melt in the Sun. Not only are they very cheap, even cheaper than the Dollar store, but the customer service was even worse!

First of all their customer service is Top Tier. When I walked in this store I was treated like royalty. I had a wonderful assistant who waited on me and helped me with all my questions and needs. I ended spending more than I planned to however, it was worth it!!!

My experience with Tory Burch was outstanding from start to finish. All salespersons were exceptionally nice and helpful, ensuring I found exactly what I needed without any pressure. The package arrived promptly and was perfectly intact, reflecting their attention to detail.

I was passing through and thought to stop by, the store was packed and there was a line outside that you had to wait in to get in, but it went by quickly. Even though the store was super full it wasn’t an issue to flag an associate to help with any questions. All and all it was a good experience.

Horrendous customer service. Two very rude sales associates, both Indian with one having long black hair and the other with long caramel dyed hair. They asked us to move when there was plenty of space to walk around but it wasn't just the wording but the attitude they spoke in. Just because you are miserable doesn't mean you need to take it out on the browsing customers. Decided not to buy the bag and purchase it elsewhere as I do not wish to support this location where sales associates are rude, mean, and just plain awful in attitude and behaviour.
