Worst service ever!The staff gave me wrong information for more than once and I tried to file complaint at their customer service (the store manager didn't even come out when I said I wanted to file a complaint!). No reply at all for more than 2 months even after I've sent my reminders for update. Never have I expected such a bad experience and service.

This store at Toronto premium outlets is amazing. The price of the bags were very reasonable due to the boxong day sales. Would definitely recommend this place and store for a good experience and stellar bags

I have been to this store many times, this store has the worst customer service. I received a coupon from Tory Burch saying that I could redeem $50 off my next purchase, the first manager who was Asian told me very rudely that I could not redeem this coupon because it would be available for the a new purchase, I told her very nicely that since I had the receipt I wanted to return the tote bag I bought for $450 and then rebuy the bag and redeem the $50 coupon. She was very rude, the other manager who was white and had blonde hair took her to the side and said to her that this could be done but the Asian manager would not agree. Then when they took the receipt from me they told me how I didn’t have the credit receipt, when it was quite obvious that they never attached the slip in the first place because there were no signs of it being attached with the stapler. The white manager then came and gave us a lot of attitude as if we came to get the bag for free. I do not recommend this store and has 0 customer service especially with how managers here deal with customers.

Today, I purchased a bag for approximately $500 and shoes for approximately $280. The customer service assistant was helpful, but at the cashier, a girl named (Niki) was extremely cold, and rud. When I asked her to put the items as a gift, she placed them in a tiny bag too small for the shoes. Requesting a larger bag, she treated me aggressively. Despite buying a gift originally priced over $800, discounted by 50%, and including shoes, I didn't expect such awful behavior. This girl has zero customer service skills, and her hostility was evident in her empty eyes. I've never experienced worse service.. She acted like she will pay it from her wallet not from mine, very bad experience.. Next time, if I see this rud girl (Niki) again, I will purchase my gift from another store.

Terrible customer service with a staff named Mariam. Never coming back again. Asked her to get a new bag before purchase because the first one I was checking had an obvious stain on it, she asked me “are you serious?”. She also asked me to put the stained bag into the wrapping plastic bag on my own as if I worked for her. Unacceptable customer service…

I normally don’t write reviews but just came across the review by someone Maha while browsing for the Tory website and it compelled me to provide my review. The sales associate Sarah that she mentioned, if it is the same girl who helped me with my purchase a few weeks back then she was one of the kindest and best associate I came across. Even though the poor girl had a cast on her foot, knee and a sling on her shoulder, she was still very energetic, courteous and ready to help us. She made our experience at this store very pleasant. I hope the management team reads my review and appreciates Sarah as one of their valued employee.Susy K.

Had a terrible experience with text to shop. My bag came stained and when I emailed the manager I got no response. I also placed two orders, was charged twice for shipping, but it was sent as one one package

Visited Tory Burch Outlet, had to wait in line. The sales weren't outstanding but the customer service was. The lady attending the door Cynthia was incredibly hospitable and ever so kind which made our wait time pleasant under the humid temperatures. Upon entering the store we were greeted by helpful associates who clearly worked as a team to help every customer in the store to ensure our needs were met and items were taken care for. Thank you Sarah for even standing on one leg and cast and walking us through the store. Both you and Cynthia made our day at the outlets even that special. ?

Jasmine was very nice and helpful. She assisted me with my purchase and I had a very good overall experience. I was very satisfied with the customer service and her attitude towards me was very welcoming.

Today I walked into the store at 5:45 PM and was not greeted by one single staff was not asked for help by one single staff was walked pass by a staff a tall staff longhair not sure her name but I’m sure they will know who it is when looking at this post. I was looking for help not one staff looked my way to help. I did not feel comfortable spending my money in this company, especially being a person of color. I then proceeded to give them a call to expressed my concerns about my experience coming into the store today. My call was directed to their voice message system. I then watched for a little bit as I saw them interact with non-colored customers coming into the store. There was another lady who was coloured who had to search for someone to get help whereas there was two ladies sitting down and greeted respectfully and asked for help. I’m not sure of what type of employees you are hiring here, but you need to do better when it comes to inclusion with all cultures. Upon moving closer to the exit, still looking at bags waiting to be greeted or ask for help. It was still not done.

Store is a mess , at the cashier after confirming the price with 2 employees I find out that the bag cost more than the double that the price I was told.Very frustrating ? Talked to the manager who didn't seem to care.
