The customer service at this store is incredibly disappointing. It feels as though the newer generation lacks a strong work ethic. For instance, one associate—a young woman with long black hair and overly chalky foundation—comes across as unapproachable, never offering a smile, a greeting, or even a simple “thank you” or “have a good day.” Another employee, a shorter woman with black hair working in the men’s section, displayed a similarly unhelpful attitude. When I asked her for a specific size, she seemed unwilling to assist.
I even approached the store manager, a man, who excused their behavior by saying they’ve been working long hours and are understaffed. While I understand the challenges of staffing, it’s frustrating to see such a lack of basic courtesy and effort. For comparison, doctors work 24-hour shifts and still demonstrate professionalism and dedication. At their age, I would’ve been eager to work, earn money, and go above and beyond. It’s shocking to see employees struggling to meet even the bare minimum standards of customer service.

Nice Tommy Hilfiger Store available at Toronto Premium Outlets Mall. So many staff were available to assist all the times. Fitting Rooms were decently maintained. There were deals on Nov and Dec. Store was maintained neatly and organized well. They have membership facility and few discounts can be availed with membership.

Had a really good shopping experience here. The store is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Bazgha in the Women’s and Children was kind and showed us great pieces based on what we were looking for. She’s a great associate! Will definitely return

We had a great deal of clothes at this store. Check for the sale and discounts before going there, You will get more for less those days. Customer Service is top-notch. everyone was so helpful. A special shout out to Bazga for helping me find the right size, giving ideas and suggestions. Highly recommend. will visit again for sure.

I came in today and a young lady served me, nevaeh is very friendly and helpful. When I came in other associates were talking in their language and laughing at people the young lady seen me looking around and came to help me find a size and matched my outfit I like her and will come back because of her service, they have other people their that are rude and does not understand simple instructions. Good luck

I had with me a bottle of water and had to put it down to pick up a T-shirt. This lady i assume the store manager asked me to hold my bottle in my hand as if i was gonna litter.

We visited the Tommy Hilfiger Women's store for the first time yesterday to do some shopping for our family. We were extremely happy to see that a cheerful young lady named Shadi came to help us and take care of our needs. She was extremely nice, attentive, and patient with our requests. She checked sizing options for us numerous times to ensure that we got what we wanted. The manager was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this pleasant experience to anyone who's looking to shop here!
