Went in to look at some boots, the store was not overly busy. However the sales associates could not bother to give me the time of day. Instead the non cashier decided to assist the cashier with cashing out 1 single pair of boots. Not sure why it required 2 people to complete a transaction. The purchase did not seem overly complicated nor was the customer being picky/demanding. I waited around for them to free up and when she was free, she acted like she couldn't be bothered to help me. Bad customer experience, nice products, but bad service. Will not return, and will be conducting purchases online from now on.

Should have listened to the other reviewer about the bad manager. She went out of her way to scam me. The shoe had a 20% off sticker, and she ringed it up as 15%. I caught this error while checking the receipt, and she said that the sticker was placed by someone else and therefore was invalid. I was shocked when I heard this and wanted to return the shoes. She said that because there was a discount, it was final sale and can only offer a store credit. This manager will make up rules to scam/deceive you. Stay away from this store.

I would not visit the shop again. Awful customer service. The person who is supposed to help me would not let me and my family try the shoes. Can’t possibly buy without trying.

Had a great experience with Fariah today. My wife saw a pair of shoes at Steve Madden square one that she liked but had some glue on the strap. She ended up ordering online and got the same pair that we saw in person. I took the pair to the Steve Madden location at TPO and Fariah way above and beyond what I expected. She called the only other store that had it (Ottawa) and when they confirmed they had the pair she asked them to check if they looked clean. They said they didn’t so she offered to clean them. When the cleaning wasn’t what she hoped she then called head office and asked them to send a pair, which they agreed to. Absolutely incredible customer service. I’d be happy to give her my business again. Thanks so much, Fariah!

I was greeted with a welcoming smile upon my arrival and offered assistance by the sales rep - as soon as I showed interest in a pair of strappy shoes. I ended up purchasing the shoes, as well as a clutch that was the perfect match. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in getting great service.

The short hair lady, was the rudest person ever! Does not know how to offer good customer service ever!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! HIGHER MANAGEMENT SHOULD TALK TO HER ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR!!!

Terrible customer service at this location!!Wanted to return a pair for size issues. But i garbaged the box and instead had another Steve Madden box. I was asking politely if they can return it or can give me store credit but instead manager talked to me rudely that it’s used and I don’t have box and that infuriated me!! I left the store without arguing and then returned it at some other location without any issues. Thank you Steve Madden but extremely disappointed with this location.
