In 2019 I bought a Givenchy Antigona medium tote from the saks off 5th store in Halton Hills Brampton Canada. I clearly asked at the counter if the bag was pure leather. The leather started unravelling into crumbs this year and when I took it for repairs in nyc...the high end repair store said the bag was not in leather and its not even an original. So basically SAKS sold me
fake Givenchy from the store. I'm a loyal customer at SAKs and now I'm questioning their authenticity of brands.

We received amazing service from Nivin from Men's department. She went out of her way to get the exact pants we were looking for. So hard to find Salespeople like her these days who actually care about the customers. Would highly recommend Nivin if you require any assistance!!
