Store is nice and staff is great, but I wish “they” (petsmart corporate) would end stocking beta fish and other live animals (didn’t look around so not sure what others they might have). But I walked by the beta fish display and it’s absolutely heart-wrenching to see these beautiful creatures relegated to a life in a small cup.

I was disappointed with the grooming service at PetSmart. Unfortunately, the haircut my dog received was very uneven, with noticeable differences in length throughout the coat. Overall, the final result did not look well done and did not meet my expectations for a professional grooming service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I expected much better care and attention to detail. At this time, I would hesitate to return for grooming services.

The manager Julia and employee Ben are the kindest and most informative employees I have ever dealt with. I'm blown away by the incredible service I got from these 2 individuals. Julia should be recognized for how knowledgeable and professional she is. I can't express my gratitude for everything you did when I walked in overwhelmed and confused and you helped me out tremendously.

I had a terrible experience at the Georgetown PetSmart with Sarah, an extremely rude groomer beside her, and Kyle, the manager. From the moment I walked in, the groomers were yelling and dismissive. I have a big and a small dog and wanted to carefully bring them in one by one, which I did—but Kyle later kicked me and both dogs out before I could do the same on the way out. The appointment, meant to take at least 25-30 minutes, was rushed and done in under 10. They falsely claimed the salon closed at 5 to rush out early, and continued yelling and arguing. One groomer even insisted their Canadian website shows USD pricing. No professionalism, no knowledge, just a hostile and upsetting experience. Left my dogs and I super stressed and anxious, absolutely horrible!

What a great experience. Both Erin and Ben went out of their way to help me out. Their level of customer service was simply unmatched. I live in Toronto and want to drive here for pet food now.

Completely butchered my dog and took zero responsibility. It literally looked as though a kid took a radon to my dog. I called and both the manager and groomer took zero responsibility and was quite rude. Extremely poor customer service!!!
