I recently visited the store and worked with Sana and her team to put together a large order of hand creams all beautifully and independently packaged as favours for an upcoming event. Their customer service and attention to detail were absolutely fantastic.

Visited this location a few times during our shopping trips to Premium Outlets. Despite being busy, the place was well managed. We were greeted by Sana who seemed very friendly. She guided us through the options we were looking for and shared her knowledge. The product quality is great as always.

As I was going to write my review I read a few others and apparently this is a common experience so save yourself some time and don't go to this store. The sales associates are insanely pushy and in your face, me and my friend were the only people in the store and anytime we so much as looked in the direction of a product the sales lady came up to us and just pestered us about the product and what discount it does/doesn't have we could not enjoy ourselves or even have a conversation with each other without her interrupting. Hands down the worst experience at any shopping place ever, we left right after we noticed she was just staring at us waiting for us to touch literally any product, so upsetting.

horrible service, the sales associate is not helpful at all and was just constantly trying to sell me products and not letting me enjoy my shopping experience. I left pretty soon after. Please save yourself time and don’t go to this L’occitane location

Subpar service at the store. Is it a store policy to be assisted by Asian if you are Asian looking?We certainly hope not...We just want good service, and the ethnicity of the sales is irrelevant to us. The Asian sales lady did not explain the discount items, not upfront about the free gifts and was unhelpful in helping us to select what we were looking for. We went in for the refills, but wasn’t sure the exact product’s packaging, she sort of pushed one to our hands with an attitude. It led to us being confused and worried that we bought the wrong products while driving on the highway back to Toronto. If you are buying the refills, just purchase at a regular store since the buy 2 get 20% off discount only applies to certain items.
