extremely frustrating experience today with the manager named akera. primarily due to the manager's poor handling of my issue. I approached him with a simple request to correct a mistake with my purchase, he seemed all over the place and uninterested in helping. Instead of addressing the problem promptly, he wasted a significant amount of my time. He kept asking the same questions over and over, not paying attention to my responses. And kept talking about irrelevant things I don’t have time for. At one point, he even walked away to deal with something else, leaving me standing there without any resolution. His lack of efficiency and focus to the customer was incredibly frustrating. What should have been a quick fix turned into a lengthy ordeal, and I felt like my time was not valued at all. As a manager, it's his responsibility to ensure that customers are helped swiftly and effectively, but that was clearly not a priority for him. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Levi’s. Time is valuable, and no customer should have to spend an excessive amount of it dealing with avoidable issues due to a manager's incompetence. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for their management staff.

I visited the Levi's store this evening however, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Despite arriving at 8:30 pm, a full half hour before their supposed closing time, I was rudely informed that the fitting rooms were already closed and they wouldn't be reopening them.This blatant disregard for customer service left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. The staff's dismissive attitude only exacerbated the situation, making it clear that they had little regard for my time or patronage.I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is unacceptable. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

By far one of the worst experiences I have had in any store, this store has no privacy policy as when your in a CHANGING room the manager decides to knock on it every 1 minute, making you feel as uncomfortable as possible. I would rate lower if it was possible but if I was the owner I would get rid of that disgusting manager you have because you just lost a loyal customer!

Staff here is horrible everyone looks very very miserable doing their job. I came in the other day looking for a pair of jeans for myself and staff wasn’t even bothered to help me. This one Asian person at cash (don’t want to be rude about gender) was just plain out on his phone. And all of the other staff were just talking to eachother.

I understand the importance of customer service but this Levi's store took it to another level every few minutes, it felt like that one asian employee was auditioning for a role in a horror movie by banging on the fitting room door privacy? Forget about it trying on clothes turned into a stressful ordeal instead of a pleasant experience please let customers change in peace without feeling like they're being interrogated

it was very packed and busy and many of us needed assistance, but it looked like there was only 2-3 employees in the whole store. the poor gentleman that was helping us and some other folk seemed very overwhelmed. with the lack of employees available it took forever for us to get the size we needed. management team needs to do better. the store had very good clothes and deals. however, if you value your time then i wouldn't recommend visiting this store.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this store and felt compelled to share my negative experience with fellow consumers. My visit was ruined by the presence of an individual who had their hair tied in a little ponytail, and he looked Vietnamese or Chinese. This individual was very irritating to me and my girlfriend when we came to visit. From the moment we entered the store, it was clearly evident that this manager lacked the basic skills necessary to interact with customers in a pleasant and professional manner. The individual's constant interruptions almost made it impossible for me and my girlfriend to shop in peace. He was following us around and thought we wouldn't notice, when we would just browse through the jeans he would come every 2 minutes to ask "what size are you looking for". We got very annoyed and frustrated, so we just left the store immediately. Do better!

I was here on Saturday March 30th. The staff seemed as if they did not want to help anybody except for the young gentleman at the back…He was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service. The rest of the staff were not willing to assist at all.

The girl at the checkout, with dyed blond hair (on Jan 6, around 3:15 PM) she was extremely unprofessional, and what i felt racist, we were in checkout line and when it was our turn after we put the stuff on counter, the guy left and called this girl to checkout and she came looked at us,gave a side eye and went to computer and called the next customer behind us in line, we were standing right there, she totally ignored us and I have no idea whyDo better!!!!

Nobody explain well any promotion, and also at the last time they insisted to buy the stuff, but clearly we didn’t wanted anymore at that time! I will not come back again to this store.
