Totally disappointed today at 7:28pm . I requested to resize my guess watch . The manager was standing and she was free . She ignored us and said Iam busy not able to do. Very bad customer service. Iam nursing manager and I can’t do this with my clients . Very very bad. Manager showed attitude to us . One thing she was free not busy with anyone. Never ever come this store.I don’t know who gave her this post. At least she have to be polite and gentle with clients. I came from oakville.

We recently had a disappointing experience at the guess store at Toronto premium outlet due to the unprofessional behaviour of all of their employees. We almost waited more than half an hour just to see the watches and asked for assistance 4-5 times. And this unprofessional attitude resulted into delay and we got unpackaged not a fresh piece of watch and one of the watches stopped working. Very disappointing experience. Highly rude behaviour.

Don’t come here. I did a return of a brand new item that I’ve just received from an online order. The manager refused to process the return because she thought that the item was worn and washed. I’ve never had in Canada anyone smelling and carefully checking a brand new item that I was returning and arriving at a conclusion that was not true. I had to argue with her a lot. It’s like in a third world country, truly. They do that in Europe or India, not in Canada!?!?! Just don’t buy here and don’t come here ever unless you want to experience a lot of stress. The manager should be fired for such third world country behaviour. Go back to India.
