Very bad customer service, Aarzoo Singh named as team manager but she don't know how to deal with customer. She misused her position, dont want to listen to customer she just walk away.she make fun of customers disrespect customers. Very disappointed.

Considering this is the first time at the “Gucci outlet” as a regular customer at Gucci (Yorkdale and Bloor Street) I found this place to be a mess and very unorganized. This was embarrassing, as a luxury store you’d think it wouldn’t be so dirty. Let alone the useless staff that doesn’t exist. Funny enough, I waited in line to get in,such a joke and an embarrassment. Waste of time, don’t go.

Amazing customer service, great deals! Store is clean and organized just how you would expect a luxury store should look like. Items are gorgeous and not super outdated even thought it’s an outlet. The staff are very friendly and happy. They make your shopping experience super enjoyable. Some items are up to 50% off retail which is amazing! Definitely recommend to check it out and will def go back :)

Such a horrific place to shop, with dishonest client officers, I picked a shoe displayed on the rack and took it to the cashier to check out, seeing the ridiculous sales discount on the shoe, they all conspired to say someone just called to purchase a shoe I picked off the shelf…..this is despicable

They won’t let me in at 8:50. Even they said their schedule is close at nine. If you close at 8:50 they change your schedule please.

Too many staff not too much customers inside the store, but theres a line up outside.. the lady sales people are very efficient entertaining the customer specially the white guy with the mustach..
Unfortunately i asked the other guys sales staff for assistance, both of them just told me theyll find an associate to help me and walk away and continue chatting. I just watch them chatting like teenagers, very unprofessional.. this gucci outlet store should screen their employees or manager. Half of them are eyesore

I am surprised by the negative reviews about the sales service here. The store did not have a huge inventory, but there is something for everyone. The sales associates were very nice, courteous and answered questions promptly.

Not respecting operating hours.My son wanted e belt and shoes for prom , I run there after work to see if we can find anything cause I don’t have time
We arrive at 8:45 PM and they didn’t open the door not because they were full ( there was only one other party inside) only because they said it was closed.
The guy at the door was looking at an Asian lady for approval and she advised to not open the door just because they wanted to go home 10 min earlier didn’t care that I drove 30 min there and 30 min back just to shop there
