Just have a great experience now like 5 mins ago. I went to the store yesterday and somehow I did not get the receipt in my Email. I called and store manager helped me and sent me the receipt.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fossil store in Halton Hills, and I must commend Aya for her outstanding customer service. With the holidays approaching, I needed to purchase over 15 different watches as gifts. Aya was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process.
She took the time to understand my preferences and provided excellent recommendations, making the daunting task of choosing so many gifts much easier. Aya's friendly and professional demeanor made the experience enjoyable, and her expertise ensured that I left the store with the perfect selections.

Terriblely managed, 7 people in line and only one cashier in who is brand new... have to feel sorry for her! 3 other staff were just standing around including the manager.
Updating my 1 star above to a 5 star based on my last visit.
The new manager here is fantastic. Went above and beyond to help us out and did a great job directing his staff, need more people in retail like this!

I visit TPO often for shopping. I was at the fossil store last thursday. My first time there and the staff was so accomodating. I had a last minute request for engraving and Araish helped me out although the store was closing. Very professional, polite and welcoming. Would visit again with family. Thanks fossil.

Not the first time buying from here. But need to express today's experience. Bought total 8 items for gift. They will offer only one shopping bag. These are all gifts going to different ppls and places. Still they couldn't offer bags. I didn't get the company policy behind that. From customers pont of view it's kind of unreal service. Hopefully management will look into it. Some special case like mine they shouldn't disappoint customer not to offer bags.

Such bad experience at Fossils, Rude behaviour by Baljit & Ishneet, just asked for extra bag because it was separate order of Wallet which i needed to gift. Made me feel embarrassed in front of everyone.
Had to drop the plan of taking 3 wallets because of this
Not recommended at all ??

Great service today from both Sai and Omar who sized two watches for us today. These two were very personable. So nice to talk with as they sized our watches. Very patient as it took a couple of tries to get them right. Highly recommend these two if you are looking to buy a Fossil watch at Toronto Premium Outlets.
