All Chinese compatriots should not buy anything from this store. The manager of the store is an Indian hired by a white man and is rude. One of the sales representative was rude and the store manager seemed very content with it. It has bias on our Orientals. All Asians should stop shopping at this location. You can not give your money to a business who encourage rudeness.

A promotion for family day, buy one get one 25% off. I was surprised to know that this promotion does not apply on clearance items until during the checkout time.I was told by the store manager that ECCO HQ explained to the retailers that this promotion should not apply on clearance items despite the fact that the reduced price on the clearance items is because of the final sale. I also feel that she could have applied the promotion of extra few dollars as advertised in the whole store to retain a happy ECCO customer since 1992.I feel sorry to give one star only to this place to this incident as Ecco places have been always my favourite shoes destination.Ecco deserves 5 stars but not the ad and the way it is interpreted.

It the first atime and the last time from the bad service that they treaded usone of the employee was soo rude when she cash us from the cash register and don’t buy anything from this location, she was very disrespectful and never be care about customers because I just ask for new pair of shoes that I bought it 3 minutes before but she didn’t change it she responded rudely,
