I was shopping at this store a few days ago with my baby in a stroller. When I went to try on the stuff I chose, the associate provided me with a fitting room that couldn’t fit me and the stroller. After several attempts, another associate came by and said “Well other strollers have fit in this fitting room before, I’m not sure what the problem is” with extreme attitude making it seem as though me and my stroller are the problem. They were both just standing there not willing to solve the issue. When I asked for a bigger room, they said that its full of stuff and that I can’t use it. I left the store and didn’t try anything on. Rude customer service, zero respect and dignity for those shopping. The store is not accessible to mothers that have strollers and definitely would not be accessible to anyone in a wheelchair. That incident ruined my mood for the rest of the day.

No offence with Dynamite. So i emtered store and One of the associate SHANIKA came to me at entry only and asked in very rudway whay you here for some specific stuff. And gonstly and I did visit store for one specific pants. I am regular dynamite client but it was rude and i felt very racist behaviour. Horrible horrible emplouee.

We were there at 3:30 on Sunday Jan. 21st and had some of the worst service I’ve ever had in a clothing store… our fitting room associate was good, but literally every other associate was chatting and hanging out with another associate. We waited in line for almost 10 minutes and watched 4 associates just hanging out with a friend that was checking out, when there were tolls open and a line that wasn’t moving. When we got to cash our associate couldn’t be bothered to talk to us, just turned around to giggle and hang out with her friends…. :( I’m a retail manager and I’d be so so embarrassed if these were my employees. Selection was also really poor and we won’t return here ever again. If anyone from customer service sees this please reach out.

I came here in panic due to having a major wardrobe malfunction at a wedding nearby. The girls were so helpful from the moment I walked in. Started me a change room right away, helped me take off the damaged dress which was stuck on me at this point...and processed the new purchase quickly. I walked out of there in less than 10 min with a new and beautiful black dress which totally gave me the 90's Hollywood vibe. Really appreciate your patience and help. Great and efficient customer service!

Horrible customer service!
As much as I love this store, the customer service sucks.
The manager Melissa and along with other sales associate in particular failed to meet customer satisfaction.
I bought a pair of leggings and the first time I wore them ripped from the seam on my bum. Took it in and was told I was able to exchange them if needed in the future.
Within a week of having these new exchanged leggings, they were ripped again at the seam but on the side of my leg. When I had called the store to speak with a manager, I was told I was not allowed another exchange for “damage products” but only for exchanging sizes. But she didn’t even disclose that when I asked her if I can exchange them when I came in with the first pair to be exchanged. Now she told me to call a 1800 number to rectify a problem that could have been easily fixed by this store. Now I have to go out of my way to call these people and do a whole run around. Very disappointed because you don’t expect to buy clothes that end up ripping due to their seam work and then having to prove that you deserve an exchange.
Horrible service and will never shop at dynamite again.
