Walked into the store on Friday @ 8:20pm, still 40mins till store close. When I walked into the store there are two associates busy fixing their racks instead of acknowledging their customers. The entire time that I am in the store we were completely ignored “No Hi. No bye. No thank you.”
Feels like I have my invisibility cloak on. In and out without anyone seeing.

A (guy)salesperson's dismissive behavior when I expressed concerns or hesitations about making a purchase. Rather than addressing my concerns and providing reassurance, they brushed them off and made me feel like my opinions were insignificant. This level of disrespect towards a potential customer is completely unacceptable.Store Manger make sure give that guy some training not to laugh on costumers and not to gasping with his colleagues.Regards,

I didnt purchase at this store but i called to inquire about a particular jacket and unfortunately they didnt have it. The sales associate suggested three other styles they had which was really helpful. Wish i got her name as she went above and beyond.

Accommodating staffs and a very friendly vibe, great discounts that’s for sure but very limited selection to choose from for men and women as it is quite a small store.

So they’ve cleared the sales section at their regular stores, raised the prices, and put them in this “outlet”. Be aware that you can only return items at outlets. Lastly, I never thought I’d be haggling at the tills over my items.

Wow! They have the best deals here. They don't sell fake outlet quality stuff. They sell real authentic club Monaco clothing. And they actually have deeper discounts than the retail store. I got a winter jacket on sale for 300 dollars at the normal retail store. I picked up a second one (exact same) from the outlet for 150! They are really friendly and even threw in a free super high quality solid wood clothes hanger. Will definitely recommend going in! Very under rated brand!

Wanted to return some items bought online. The CM website says I can return it to ANY Club Monaco store. I come to this outlet store only to be told they don't take online returns. Waste of my time.
