“I had such an amazing first time experience here yesterday. I was looking for some bags that were not in other stores and sold out online. I found them here in a couple of colours. They were set aside for me, I was sent some photos to ensure those were the correct ones, and I ended up getting them both. They are my favourite bags, so I was so happy to get them as they are being discontinued. Customer service was amazing ,and I loved that someone answered the phone every time, right away, and even before store opening. I also love that this outlet is not like some outlets where there is a different cheaper product made, it is just older items from the regular stores.”

“Nice Tommy Hilfiger Store available at Toronto Premium Outlets Mall. So many staff were available to assist all the times. Fitting Rooms were decently maintained. There were deals on Nov and Dec. Store was maintained neatly and organized well. They have membership facility and few discounts can be availed with membership.”
“I came here in panic due to having a major wardrobe malfunction at a wedding nearby. The girls were so helpful from the moment I walked in. Started me a change room right away, helped me take off the damaged dress which was stuck on me at this point...and processed the new purchase quickly. I walked out of there in less than 10 min with a new and beautiful black dress which totally gave me the 90's Hollywood vibe. Really appreciate your patience and help. “Set up is a little cramped but like the varieties in kids section.
Staff is always busy working but helpful if you need them.
They can get very crazy busy and witnessed some customers who take a lot of time at check out but cashiers are always patient with the customers. If the line gets long, they always add another cashier to help the line moving.
They are happy to do price adjustments and never received an attitude about it.
I recently dealt with female asian manager as I had a pricing error with my previous purchase. She took her time to help me out and since the gap cash was already done and could not be reapplied, she found a way to fix the error all while being super kind and friendly.
I always appreciate a good service. Thank you”
