Sells defective clothing at premium rates scamming customers. Would never buy from this store again nor would I allow anyone else in my network to purchase stuff from here. This is the result of a shirt I wore a couple of times and the color ran off. Manager and store owners could care less as its not their money. Have some shame and ethics when selling merchandize to customers

The worst customer experience ever, these two Asian ladies were talking bad about me and other customers who werenât buying . I confronted them and told him I can speak their language, she said no you donât , not impressed at all , they shouldnât be talking bad out other customers like this .

The worst experience...nobody to assist...nobody to do billing...the one staff boy was so ignorant...kept on waiting for soze for 10-15 minutes....waited for billing at the desk for 10 minutes...frustratedly left all the things at billing station...nobody called and apologised....never gonna visit

This store sells defective and used clothing,,, I purchased the sweatshirt for 256 plus tax and next day when I wear it my wife noticed that there are threads coming out and has defect in one spot shows like rafu,,,,,,,,I called them immediately and customer care rep told me to bring the sweatshirt back and once I am back to store customer rep wants to help but Manager declined and said we canât exchange or refund it.i believe her name is Tiya,,,,,,,she is also very rude and abusive ,,,,,,, she even went to extent that she checked at corporate level and got same instructions not to exchange /rrefund,,,,,,,although the customer reps in store told me she is cooking up stories m,,,,,,,my suggestion guys donât go to this store or be ready to be treated like this,,,,,,this is not end of road for me ,,,,,but work ethics and transparency is missing in this store,,,,,,,,, Big zero for Manager Tiya and 5 stars for rest of the customer reps who works there and ready to help .
