This was my first time visiting an Aritzia location, and I had low expectations because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Sure, most of their employees won't acknowledge you first, but if you approach them, they're great!
Cameron, in particular, was super friendly and definitely made me feel less on edge during my very first visit. She made great conversation and was really helpful in answering all my questions.

Same selection but less sizing options available. It seems like the bigger sizes tend to run out quickly, but there’s a surplus usually of smaller sizes. Store is usually clean with associates available in each section which is nice!

Amazing location, always has great deals ! Also wanted to give a big shout out to one of the staff there named Nila. I literally see her working there every-time I go. She’s an amazing worker and definitely deserves a promotion!

While visiting Aritzia with a friend from out of town, Marta and Tiché were so sweet and welcoming! I highly recommend this location. Thank you for being so kind!

The employees here are so rude for what? I had asked one of the employees where the flared leggings are. She directed me to where the shorts are. So I asked another employee where the leggings are that are flared from the bottom. I explained it with details because they seem like they don’t know what they are. She showed me to the shorts. I had to go around the store to find it. Which I did. Then another employee looked at my cousin with a disgusted face. All through out this experience we were being friendly. Guess what race they are… white. So they’re just hiring racist employees now? Never have I experienced racism before. I was so shocked. It’s honestly disgusting. hire new employees who are not racist and can do their job with a smile on their faces.

The only thing I could say is that I totally trust all the negative comments in the comment section. Wheneveryou visit this location (or most of the other Aritzia locations BTW), the sales here will either give you an attitude or totally ignore you, even if you do nothing, not to mention that they are told that you are not very satisfied with the clothes you tried. Shame on Aritzia's high school mean girl sale associates（how old are they?Geez) and pushy style of sale. The fitting room at Aritzia(or any other locations) is totally a nightmare where you can´t really appreciate the beautiful clothes and so many eyes staring at and judging you like hungry wolves. Also given that the quality of Aritzia clothes is gradually going down these days while the pricing is still so high, I really doubt if it will still owns as many fans as of today in the not far future. I USED TO LIKE ARITZIA but the only thing I could say is that I am waiting for another better choice to replace it as soon as possible. So disappointing after so many years of shopping experience at this store.

The worst Aritzia location I’ve gone to. No greeting walking in and a lot of the employees we’re just standing around talking not even bothering to ask if I needed help.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. I instantly wanted to turn back and return all the clothes I bought after this catty, disgusting experience. Not one employee had any customer service skills. Employees ignore you, don't offer any help, walk past you on their phones and will scan your expensive items while talking to each other about the pizza they had on break… i did not get a “thanks, have a good day” or any type of acknowledgment at all, from the moment I walked in to being cashed out and ignored. Awful all around and will NEVER return to this location.

Best location. Attentive but not pushy. Paige was amazing in the fitting room.
She was so helpful and grabbed the size I needed for the cargo pants.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by one of the employee went to go return an item the attitude from her was absolutely unacceptable she and the management are lucky they didn’t hear anything from me..

Very friendly staff, nice sized store. Lineups for change rooms on busy days moved quickly and efficiently.
