Great customer service returned a heated pad after 3 weeks of stopped working and they replace it no questions asked and stop working again after 4 days and they refunded our money we didn't get that same experience with Shoppers Drug Mart you're basically on your own and they want you to deal with the manufacturer yourself that's why I go to Rexall

The pharmacist was extremely rude. I ended up BUYING my things at a different store. He has no right to treat a customer like dirt!! Pharmacists are there to help people.

Great pharmacy, the people are always welcoming and polite from pharmacists to front cash staff. They have great selection of gluten free snacks and I love that the points rack up fast.
