As banks go, this one is NOT overly helpful. There are cheaper options but we wanted a bank that had a local branch so we could get in person assistance. I guess that isn't a thing anymore. They keep sending us letters, usually 6 a month each to my wife and I on our joint account saying we can save our service fees by having a higher balance. I'd suggest they quit mailing out so many copies of the same letter and just reduce our fees. Or offer a better return rate and maybe we'd have more money in there... It's a Bank, required but not overly helpful. And yet another issue. If you want a bank who doesn't get back to you then use this one. They are giving us NO reasons to stay with them thats for sure.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Lorienn, she was outstanding. One of the most respectful whole hearted people and truly cares about her clients! She has single handed convinced me and my wife to become life time CIBC customers! Thank you Lorienn for a job well done!

This location has very friendly tellers. You may wait a bit but that’s because they take time with each customer. Decent hours. Would love to see Saturday morning hours during the summer months.

Slow service from tellers. Odd limits on machine withdrawal. Lack of overall service from branch staff.
