Very professional, and quick to respond to any questions. I had my car there as part of an insurance claim which ended up being a total loss, but they were great to deal with, unlike my insurance company. :)

We recently had our Honda Fit repaired in Haliburton at CARSTAR and the service was excellent! Great job on the repairs! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs!

Huge thank you to the wonderful crew at Carstars! My friend and I were driving to a dog camp with a car full of camping supplies and our puppers until part of someone's car that they'd left behind had gotten lonely on the road and decided to join my undercarriage!Ed and Jessica were able to help us out quickly, with little fuss and lots of patience! Ended up with a shattered side window while on vacation in the area. Our timeline was too tight to make a repair work, but without asking they offered to wrap the window, at no charge, until we could get it repaired back home.

Wouldn’t deal with again, although my vehicle was returned earlier than expected, all damage points that were noticed by me and I had expressed to CARSTAR were not resolved with no further communication about what was and wasn't being resolved, a different style of exterior accessory that was not previously on the vehicle was put on without any consideration of communication, the vehicle was covered in body filler dust on pick up, the interior was mostly clean with some body filler dust in spots and one of their random screwdrivers, and on top of that an area that had no damage previously now has clear coat peeling off, I was told that it was a previous repair and the clear coat came off from their masking tape, I did not bring my vehicle to this establishment to receive new damage, if you damaged it you should fix the damage that you caused.I will be taking this vehicle to another shop to have the remaining issues looked after as it seems rather clear that in the eyes of CARSTAR their job is finished hereServices: Painting

Horrible communication about changes in timeline, what parts they were waiting on etc. Got the vehicle back after 6 months with broken piece, deer fur still under the hood, issues with paint, wrong size 3M etc. Currently on my 2nd trip to another shop to fix their mistakes.Services: Painting

Dropped my car off for collision repairs and they gave us a beautiful Buick Encore rental which we truly enjoyed driving. To my surprise they detailed my car for me also!!! I wasn’t expecting that and it was a big undertaking for whoever cleaned it, lol. SUPER HAPPY with the repairs, rental & extra love they gave us. Thank you so much Carstar ❤️❤️❤️

They did a great job in the time frame they said they would. They clean my truck inside to much better than it was when I brought it in. They were reasonably priced and good to talk to.

Would do less than one star if I could. Just a horrible experience with this particular Carstar. No parts ordered. Wrong parts ordered. After a month of waiting for a trailer hitch that should have been put on after an accident it was OVER a month to get it finished and then my backup camera was “suddenly” broken. Not a chance I could recommend this company for repairs. The owner seems like a nice guy but boy oh boy. What a clown car of a business.
