I called them just before closing with a Thule kayak Hullavator Pro rack issue. As I live close by, they asked me to come in and they fixed It right away. He said it only took a couple of minutes so didn’t charge me! Very grateful.

They lost a sale on a expensive tonneau cover today this place never answers the phone o had the same thing happen in the summer as well tried calling like 6 times bought somewhere else never seen an action like this one
