I was new in town.purchased parts from this auto store. After selling me the incorrect part for my vehicle , when I went to return it he told me he refunded me. When I left I realized he had ripped me off over 10 dollars.The owner also let me know he did not like the mechanic I had my vehicle at. I am not sure how that added up to him feeling he should rip me off.Worst customer experience ever.. If I could give no Stars on this review, I would .

Shafted for my money.I purchased a Mercedes Benz and ordered rotors for it from A1 Auto Parts. I brought the rotors to my mechanic and he said they did not fit at all. When I brought the rotors back to return them Greg (the owner) looked at me and said the box is greasy so I cant take them. After stating that the boxes were not clean to begin with, He gave me 79 dollars back. I then asked him if that was what they were worth because he had my receipt on his desk. He told me it was. Once I left I looked at my receipt and found that I had actually originally paid 90 dollars plus tax. He ripped me off 10 dollars. At first I thought they were a great parts store with competitive pricing until the owner him self ripped me off. I would not recommend doing business with his store.
