No more bags, there are no more special needs kids working there..only one cashier is usually open. They are pushing us for self checkout, less of everything and prices still very high.

Friendly staff, lots of food choices to select from. This store has Joe Fresh section as well. Fast checkout available with self serve kiosks.

All prices at this store are relatively higher than other competitor's stores.

They have installed a gate and fence to deter shoplifting. Prices are still relatively high.

I am really happy that they have a mobility device to use. It appears they only have one however, so hope, esp with customer feedback they will add a few more.
However, this made returning the whole bean coffee I mistakenly bought so much easier. avoidable tho, If they didn't have whole bean and ground coffee all mixed together with same brands on sale and full price all on one shelf on purpose to confuse customers into buying full price items easily mistaken as on sale, without resorting to have to read the SKU. That was the only way to sort out which was which.
Definitely room for improvement here, even if it is cardboard dividers to keep whole bean and ground coffee separate, maybe even to separate on sale ground coffee from full price ground coffee all of the same brand. The brand was Kicking Horse coffee by the way, a fabulous coffee, that was way too difficult to buy what I needed.

I shop at this location very frequently as I live in the area. The upgrades have made the store look great. I dislike that the chicken strips are no longer 50% off after 7pm. I really enjoyed the discounted hot deli. I do not shop that section anymore due to that change.
Today(September 5/24) I had an unfavourable experience which is out of the ordinary however the very kind person at the customer service helped me out and ended up turning around what I would have deemed my worst experience with the self checkout lady which was unusual as she is usually very kind. Must have been a bad day. Kudos to the whole team who even though things were not going well did a great job making me feel heard and fixing what could be fixed.

This store's in a great spot, right where lots of people can get to it easily. But I've got a couple of gripes. First off, the prices keep going up. It feels like every time I come in, I'm paying more. And then there's the produce – half the time, there's no price tag in sight especially with the tomatoes. I end up having to track down an employee, who then has to check with the cashiers. It's a real hassle and doesn't seem right to me. Why not just show the price right there with the veggies? Like, I shouldn't have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out how much the tomatoes are. I shop here a lot, and I'll be sure to come back and update my review if things get better.

Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to make sure I was looked after: the switchboard operator, the manager, and the floral department staff. Wonderful and unusual customer service!!!
