Outrageous prices. Staff are friendly here but the prices leave me sick to my stomach.
There's almost no vegetarian meat substitutions either, a staff member informed me this location opted to not carry it anymore? Ridiculous to alienate such a huge part of the Guelph community really.

Zehrs Clairfield disappointed with poor customer service and expired products on shelves. Checkout lines were long and staff seemed indifferent. Not returning.

Although prices are higher, it was for Christmas, and I knew I could trust Zehrs would have the special items I needed. Delivery to my car was quick and the gentleman was so polite.

Zehrs dosen't price match with Loblaw ( which is the same company!) Or any others according to 2 staff members we asked. Fairly common practice everywhere else you go. Nice enough looking store, but unless it's a REAL emergency, we won't be going back. Easy way to keep the grocery prices artificially high, and increase their profits, and then claim it's inflation I guess.

This is an AMAZING Zehrs, particularly Shiv. He has gone out of his way many times to help me and my friends. He always smiles at us. He has gone out of his way to help my roomate on crutches to bring her groceries to the car with an umbrella. Overall, a great store! Would totally recommend going to this store.

Friendly staff and clean store but hot whole roasted chicken was VERY undercooked and had to cook it again before eating lol which kind of defeated the purpose. Joe fresh section was very tiny compared to my regular location on Eramosa.
