I found Vinnie's Mr Fix It from pure proximity - was looking for a mechanic I could walk home from - and I'm SO happy that I found them! Admittedly I have never really known anything about car repair, and I'm always a little confused/wary about hidden costs. My minivan has been going for over 12 years and owes me no favours, but when I had it repaired they sent an itemised list going through each repair, the cost, etc - and let me choose which were priority before they did the work. Not only are they completely transparent about the work, but it has helped me understand why repairs cost the way they do. On top of that, the staff is unbelievably friendly with amazing customer service, and two friendly shop dogs to pet!! Even if this place isn't within walking distance, I highly highly recommend :)

I am disappointed by the employee behaviour of this establishment. I saw the employees using their phones during business hours. One guy was blowing kisses and making inappropriate gestures from inside one of the car bays. When I heard a female employee say she was going to physically fight someone who was outside of the establishment. I think these people do not deserve my business. Please reevaluate your staff and what they do when they should be working.

Avoid this auto shop at all cost horrible attitudes just watched a video of a man just filming out lside there shop not on there property and the attitudes of the lady who works there and the actions of there mechanics was discusting how they talk to the public and the name calling was a joke then the guelph police showed up and assaulted the man because of this business avoid this mechanic shop at all cost if you need to see the video of these horrible ppl go to true north transparency on youtube you will be sickened

Really great people! I had my car battery die on me in the plaza they are located in and they went out of their way to jump start my car. Excellent customer service! They are very kind and caring people who look out for the best interest of their customers. Will definitely be taking my car there in the future.

Paid over $1000 for them to fix an issue they did not fix. My car was making a loud noise. They inspected the car and said we needed parts replaced. After we got the car back, it was still making the same noise. We figured out what the issue was after they had already done the repair (which should have cost $100). We brought it back, they made a small adjustment that they should have figured out during their inspection, and the noise was gone. This company should not be allowed to steal money from people. Horrible.

They were so helpful to find a solution for the broken serpentine belt in my car, it was close to closing hours and no other place in Guelph was willing to help as they did to offer a solution. Thank you!
