10/10 experience, they might be the only mechanic I trust for quite a while, and I will be going back to them for sure. Not only were the staff knowledgable and kind but were also supportive of their customers decisions again 10/10 experience if you want to get a safety or pre inspection done!! I would not have gone anywhere else but to this auto shop!

We have always had great service! Reliable, knowledgeable and always ready to help!! We would not use anyone else!! Dave is always there for us when we need him and that is saying a lot these days when everyone rushes with everything and doesn’t explain your options and solutions!Just one last point…..ladies have you ever gone to a mechanic and not been taken seriously or really listened to??? My first time visiting here I came into the shop on a Friday afternoon and they squeezed me in to look at my car and resolve my problem. Dave was very helpful! Staff is friendly, place is clean and prices are good! Highly recommend.

Dave and his team are friendly, honest, considerate and accomadating to the customer. We have always received excellent service at The Auto Shop, for any size job. I and my partner had good experiences with oil changes and some repairs for our Honda and Hyundai, however, my volvo synthetic oil change wasn't done very well. I confirmed it with my volvo mechanic after he extensively looked it over, and I need to get another one done only after 1800 - 2000 km...my car runs very sluggish and the oil is extremely black :(. All in all I would definitely take my Honda and hyundai here as they do good repairs and have fair prices, but don't take an old or new volvo here. Bad experience.Update Dec 11- My volvo is well maintained and should not drive sluggish after an oil change at your shop. I got a synthetic oil change at a volvo specialist after only 3000km and the difference in vehicle performance is clearly noticeable. The oil is a nice clear color now and my car runs perfectly with responsiveness. I am not sure what happened at your shop with the oil change. Maybe rushed? Something happened though otherwise I wouldn't be here upset writing about it after spending 150 bucks.

Trusting a mechanic is challenging but not with the team at the Auto Shop. They take care of my vehicle and put professionalism and service first. The only place I go for service.

My car battery died at 4pm so 2 hours left before close and I called the auto shop and they came to the rescue, got me in right away and helped me out, that type of customer service will have me back there, thank you again auto shop for getting me back on the road and fixing my problem.
