Terrible Customer Service Interaction - we went in to browse, I had my aesthetician with me. We accidentally tried a drop of a pump product thinking it was a tester when we were approached and harassed by an employee, who was forcing us to then buy this product. She would not stop harassing us until I asked her to ease off a bit, and then she admitted she was being too aggressive. May I suggest better 'tester' labels, and staff training on how to professionally handle these situations. The woman was clearly upset, shaking and verbally aggressive with us. She made us so uncomfortable that we will never be back. And after all that the product rang in at a higher price than labeled. When I called this out, they acted like they'd do me a favour by honouring it. If you're going to change the price, please fix the labels.

Unfortunately the staff seems very unfriendly almost as though they wish the customer wasn’t there. Otherwise the store is lovely and has a great selection of natural foods.

They had 3 of 4 products I came for, but the people working there seemed very pretentious. I wanted a supplement, but no one would help me find it. They weren't busy.

First time in today. Very cute store. Parking leaves a bit to be desired. They carried a special plant based milk that is sold out everywhere, which is why I ended up going. Prices are comparable to other health food or natural food stores. Had a couple vegan baked goods and they were good.

My mom used to always come in and would rave about how knowledgeable the staff was. I went in for magnesium citrate and mentioned how sometimes it upsets my tummy, the gentleman recommended a different magnesium. I went back the next day to exchange for his suggestion, it was easy and not a hassle... I really appreciate the not-pushy recommendation... mom was right!! They are helpful and know what they're talking about!Thank you!!
