This is a scalper store. It's obvious that they mark up prices, especially for any novelty collector items like Squishmallows. It was never mentioned before that plushies were final sale upon purchase. When trying to return within the 30 day return window, they refused to accept it and said that it was final sale when nowhere does it state that policy specifically for the Squishmallows. The cashier said their manager told them not to accept returns on them for some bs reasons. She said they're considered "opened packages" when the plushies aren't packaged for shoppers. She then said because they are shipped in plastic packaging, they're considered "opened" when that's just how the employees shelve the products. We called another location and they said there would be no issue doing a return, so the cashier at this location told us to go there instead. Very shady and unprofessional.

They wouldn’t let me return my item because I had a drink in my hand and then they karate chopped my throat while I was drinking it. Not very cash money honestly.

I bought “Juicy Jelly” snacks from here for my children, they took a bite of one and immediately spit it out saying it didn’t taste right. I flipped the bag around and it said it expired on October 28th 2022. it is currently December 10th 2022. I attempted to return these and at least make an exchange for ones that are not inedible. The employee I spoke to gave me a snarky smile and said “sorry, we already knew they were expired, which is why they we discounted”. Keep in mind there was NO sign stating they were expired. I am extremely angry not only with the customer service but also with the fact that had I not noticed these snacks were expired, my children very well could have ended up sick. I will never be shopping here again. ?

I was in the store today pucked up a metalic telescopic straw marked at $3 however when i tried to pay they charged me $20 and i said it was $3 the woman st the counter toodme they made a mistake removed the price and tried to sell it to me at 20 so i left and i ised to buy there a lot not any more I hate to be taken for an idiot if the price says 3 even if you made a mistake you should honor it bad business i will tell everybody my experience there
