“I visited this store to try on a few pairs of boots, and after searching through numerous stores, I finally found one that I really liked. Unfortunately, they did not have the colour I was looking for. I'm usually hesitant to enter shoe stores due to the pushy sales representatives, but Andrea was exceptional. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the pair I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I had the opportunity to try on four different pairs of boots. Andrea greeted me at the door as I entered and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the various boots available. Thank you, Andrea, for your kind assistance. I will definitely return.”
“Friendly people, great selection of unique styles and there's a little something for everyone. Fantastic deals all year round, for undeniable quality . Never had a hard time finding things I liked in my size, and can honestly say the owners really chose each style with a lot of thought and care never comprising on practicality and always ahead of the fashion curve. I have bought many of my shoes from them, and although a small business, very community oriented and involved in so many ways with other businesses. As soon as you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and they know everyone by name, they will work with you and even find things you never knew you loved, so patient and helpful. A little hidden treasure in Guelph. Must visit at least once in your life! Remember to support local businesses!”
