Took my watch to get it repaired and I was told I will get a call for a quote. More than a week later still no call so I decided to call them and still no quote because the repair guy was on vacation!!!They could of atleast called and let me know about it but instead they didn't even bother calling!! So I went there and decided to just pick it up and took it somewhere else!! If you need repair don't go here and just take your business somewhere else.

Called around to find someone to polish a ring I purchased for my wife.Most jewellers had a lead time of after Christmas to receive our ring back, cleaned and polished.This shop had it done in less than 10 minutes!Super satisfied with their customer service, workmanship and hospitality towards my 5 year old daughter and I.Definitely recommend to check out this location.They also sold us (2) necklace boxes and (1) ring box for jewelry we had purchased elsewhere.Where other local businesses said they wouldn’t sell us a box unless it had their jewelry in it.Super grateful and satisfied with our experience!

I bought my wife an anniversary ring here and had a great experience. Prices were fair right from the start, so no need to worry about haggling for a deal. Supporting a local family run business always feels good, and the owners, Yanling and husband, were an absolute delight to deal with. Highly recommended!

I walked in they were awesome very kind. They made me feel I was just as important as someone with lots of money. Amazing owners. Extremely knowledgeable.....ok so that's a boilerplate review. Anyhow I brought a watch that actually did not need repair without realizing it prior....they kindly showed me how it worked, and seeing my mistake and embarrassment I offered to pay regardless yet they refused continuously.......this defines integrity!

My moms gold necklace had a completely broken clasp on it so I took it to Peoples and was quoted $300-$400 and a month to repair. Took it here and was fixed in 5 minutes and for $40!! Highly recommend, great service too. Definitely will be back!
