Rude lady with white hair at the pickup desk. I asked her about 1/2 CC insulin syringes and she along with the pharmacist were treating me as if I'm stupid and not knowing what I'm talking about. I've been buying them this way for OVER 10 YEARS!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years .Service is quick and very friendly.
They even have a section with items that help for mobility issues. Walkers ,canes, pillows, support braces check them out. I have a cervical spine neck pillow and elbow brace that help my workplace injury. Mike and his staff are there to help you. I highly appreciate Royal City Pharmacy. They Get Er Done ! ????

My husband and I both get our medications at Royal City. They couldn't be more helpful and are extremely knowledgeable about the prescriptions they fill. We also get our shots there, fast and reliable. So glad we switched to them a few years ago ?

This is the best pharmacy in Guelph. The pharmacist and technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They treat you like one of their own. They are always quick to answer your questions or let us know when something is available like flu shot. I, would never go back to the big boy pharmacies.

If I can give them zero stars, I will. One brown male pharmacist is rude, he did not introduce themselves, or know how to speak to customers, especially women. Will not go back there.
