Employees were friendly and helpful, went over and above from entering the store they were welcoming! Found and Brought me pieces that might work together! Everything was wonderful, always a positive experience at Cleo power Center in Guelph. Clothing was comfortable and fit perfectly! This was important as I plan to attend a wedding wearing this outfit ! Prices: sooo good, out of this world low and good quality, comfortable and soft fabric!

The staff at Ricki's/Cleo's in North Guelph were wonderful! They were welcoming (including allowing Miss Maizie in), friendly, informative, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. The selection was good and the prices in line with the quality. I highly recommend you check out this store.

Visited this location on Saturday to browse around for some blazers. Both Katrina and Ricki were amazing!! (yes, there is a Ricki working at Rickis - how perfect!) They helped me with everything I needed, provided great style advice for my pieces and were both friendly and funny. I will definitely go back to this location for the exceptional customer service.

Everyone is so helpful, but also gives you time to browse. Love the selection. Cleos is my go to. I always find clothes that fit well and last long.

My experience was very good. It was the new Asst. Managers first day and she was great. I wasn’t sure the size she was suggesting would fit but she was right on and super helpful

Always friendly and helpful staff when I visit this location. Store manager (Katrina) engages her customers and offers useful information on sales and in-store options. Overall....a very positive experience with the most welcoming feeling. I'm 2 minutes away from Stone Road mall but I guess this is why I will always drive the distance to this store.My cousin is visiting Canada for a few weeks and noted the difference between her experience in this store and a few others we visited.....let's just say "Welcoming, Friendly, Helpful" .....Kudos to Katrina and her Wonderful team. Keep up with the great customer service. Thank you.

Customer service by Katrina was awesome today. Most thorough return I ever had lol...i tried everything on in store just to make perfectly sure I was not just giving up on my online purchases. After doing so I was 100% sure of what I did not want and there was no pressure from anyone, just great customer service and a bunch of tips on finding the right fit in future. Thanks for all the help guys!! Will be back to shop when theres less of a rush on time . ???

The store is amazing and the manager is soooo helpful. She knows what will look good on you and styles you up right! If you don't like shopping this is the place to go as the support is excellent and it makes the experience painless!

Purchased clothing online but unfortunately too big so I went to the Ricki’s location on Woodlawn in Guelph. Seriously fabulous customer service !! The store was very clean and displays were fabulous. The clothing is very nice. I ended up exchanging a pair of jeans for a better fitting size and a vest I wasn’t planning on getting but glad I did ?(it will be scandalous paired with the jeans). The store manager, Katrina, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. I was very impressed. Ladies, if you want nice clothes, good prices and great customer service….. this is where you need to go !

My wife and I spent a lovely time at the Cleo in Guelph. We found the salespeople kind and helpful and honest. We have dealt with this store many times and always had a good time. My wife loves Cleo and is always very happy with the style, quality, and fit she finds there. We will continue to buy at Cleo online and in person.
