I’m pretty sure that the pharmacy staff all have chronic diarrhoeaI say this because they are in such a panic to get off of the phone that you can barely get one word in. The pharmacist hung up on me midsentence when I was trying to ask a question after she said she was going to pull over a prescription.When I called back they picked up and then mumbled something rapidly throwing me on hold. This whole held for about 15 minutes. Until I called backThe third time that I called them once again they were in some type of absolute panic. Perhaps their company pays $100,000 per second of phone use, because no other excuse would be reasonable for how unbelievably pushy they are to get you off the phoneListen, I only need 15 seconds of your time, I think you can give me that muchThey also seem to have an allergy to doing any work, and will offer the bare minimum solution that is well below their power, I’ve never had this problem at Sobeys or shoppers drug Mart

Waited over 10 minutes for a price correction.I asked the cashier if there was anyone else to call and she seemed confused as to what to do.There was a manager up near the front but she didn't want to interrupt what she was doing (would have taken 2 seconds to do ?).Finally someone showed up and did the price correction.Why it took 10 minutes to do is ridiculous.

They sold me short dated product for an expensive prescription and refused to correct the problem when I took it back, despite the fact that I had not opened the package. I won't use it all before it expires. I'll go elsewhere for the repeats.

Waited over an hour and still no flu shot after staff told me no "appointment needed". No place to sit. Almost no way you could maintain a 6' buffer. The entire pharmacy staff seemed frazzled and were very short with people. Very disappointing and does not inspire confident in people responsible for your medical well being. Will take my business elsewhere.
